Payments & Dispatching

We accept PayPal, Cash on collection, Bank transfer & Cheque payments on every online order.

PayPal – Either sign in using your own PayPal account, or register as a guest user.

Cash on collection is welcome upon appointment, and can be arranged during office hours.

Cheque payments may take up to five working days to clear, after being received.
Cheques should be posted to the address shown when placing an order

Bank transfers – Contact will be made after your order has been placed, with any BACS transfer instructions.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct billing & delivery details when placing an order.

Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment.

Incorrect information may result in dispatch/delivery delays.

Delivery

Orders with standard “free” delivery have a delivery aim of 1-3 working days from dispatch.

24hr Delivery – Delivery aim of next working day – Signed for or tracked service, at the delivery address only.

All delivery options cover a Mainland U.K delivery.
(Mainland U.K excludes The Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland).

As and where possible, any orders outside of U.K Mainland will be dispatched using Royal Mail at no extra cost.

Pallet deliveries are available for large or bulky items.

Worldwide delivery available for most items, upon request.

In the event of a depot sorting / delivery delay, please feel free to contact us!
We will endeavour to rectify it with you as soon as possible.

Signed or tracked deliveries may require someone to accept the parcel upon delivery.

Tracking numbers can be supplied upon request, once the item has been dispatched.

If an item is returned back to us due to our couriers not gaining signature or contact, there may be a £9.00 RTS (Return to sender) fee to pay before we can resend your item(s).

Any deliveries that require a signature, must be checked before signing.

If the item or packaging appears to be damaged, it must be signed for as “damaged” to ensure a claim can be made against the courier.

Own Collections

Own collections are welcome with prior arrangement, during office hours.

24hr collection notice may be required on any order.

Collections must be signed for by the name on the order, along with valid photo ID

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving your item.

Please notify us BEFORE returning your order.

All returns must be returned to our return address below, in the same condition as received.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item has been mis-described, or has been delivered damaged.

We will of course endeavour to deal with all returns as soon as possible, but through busy periods we may require a maximum of 7 working days to process.
